CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read before booking your appointment as this applies to everyone.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE.

When booking an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation and no show policy.

appointments NOT given the correct 48hrs notice will be charged the FULL cost of the treatment/ service.
24HRS notice will be charged 50% of the service you booked.

NO notice, same day and No show will be charged 100% of the service you booked. a deposit will be needed to book future appointments.

we may ask for deposits at the time of booking for appointments which require more time. for example colour service, this deposit will be taken off the final cost.

please understand when you cancel or no show to an appointment last minute, we are often unable to fill the spot.

in order for us to operate sustainably we need to ensure we can cover the cost of the rising utilities of keeping our salon operating and our loyal staff wages.
