My salon has been open for 16years this week!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to say thankyou to everyone that has visited my salon over the years. But most of all to those that have been so loyal to me all these years and helped my salon keep on going ⭐️❤️ you’re all amazing 🤩

This is one of the most important men in my life ❤️💗 I’m closing the salon for the day tomorrow to just have some time to myself for my dad ❤️💖

From home bleaching, to beautiful seamless blondes this was a huge challenge as this lovely girls hair was compromised with DIY colouring and damaged in places!! But the end result was just stunning!!! ⭐️

This lady wanted to be darker but with a cleaner softer blend of blonde that would be low maintenance ❤️ and that is just what we created ❤️ stunning 🤩

This is a difficult subject for me, but one I must tackle.

Small businesses are feeling the constant pressure of increased prices , it’s tough one believe me!!
I have no option but to increase my prices. I cannot afford to keep taking the hit by keeping my prices low and at times some services are actually costing myself. Unfortunately some may seem like a large increase in price, but I have absorbed the pressure of keeping them low for too long. A good friend of mine reassured me recently that I am a talented hairdresser using good quality products,and I need to remember I am worth it too!!! ❤️👍😊

The results achieved by adding some warmer ribbons of colour through then a gentle root smudge created this beautiful soft warm blonde ❤️

This week has been a tough one!! Late nights no breaks and drama of broken doors etc, I am human I get things wrong don’t always remember everything and can get stressed!! but one thing is I always go above and beyond for my clients!! Things happen I really do understand that. A few things, comments have really made me feel sad!! I absolutely love what I do and my salon! And kindness really goes along way!!! Unfortunately some things are going to have to change, and some stricter things put in place to protect myself and my love for my job!!

** my personal mobile number is only if you cannot contact me at work and any calls or messages will not be replied to instantly. Replies will be done at my discretion for a short period of time on my day off.

** payments must always be paid in the salon before leaving, if this isn’t done you will be asked to pay upfront before any treatment is carried out

** a review of regular clients discounts for frequent colouring services will have to be done as I can no longer be affording to do this

I appreciate this may come accross as direct but it’s something that has really affected me this week making me feel really undervalued in what I do 😢
