So its been a week since I completed my clean 9 detox and I am still feeling great! I finished the clean 9 at 11 stone 7 lbs and am now 11 stone 4 lbs! Still having my ultra lite shakes for breakfast with lots of veg for dinner and tea. I have had a few glasses of wine over the weekend too so I am very happy with my progress.

A total loss of 8 pounds in 16 days! Continuing to take my garcinia plus and forever lean capsules before meals as well as drinking my aloe every day.

Day 9 Clean 9

Today is the last day of my clean 9 detox, but just the start of my weight loss journey with forever living. I am moving on to the nutri-lean plan next :) Still feeling fantastic and very happy with my final weight and measurements.

So i have lost a total of 5lbs and a good few cms here and there. Still have weight to lose but lets not forget that the clean 9 is a detox to prepare for weight loss so any loss at all is a fantastic bonus. I am dedicated to getting back in shape and will update you with my progress.

Day 8 Clean 9

It's coming to the end of my detox. I am very happy with the way I am feeling and it has definitely kick started my weight loss.

Feeling healthy and happy with a new attitude towards food and drink!

Final measurements and weight will be posted tomorrow. I plan to continue with my aloe, ultra-lite and garcinia plus, I have also ordered the forever lean capsules. I plan to continue with healthy eating and will update my progress on here.

Day 7 Clean 9

Feeling fantastic today, definitely noticing my clothes fitting differently. Tye just told me my belly has blown down :) lol. Used to the routine with food and supplements now.

As I briefly mentioned yesterday, my husband Gaz has joined me in doing the Clean 9 detox. He is doing it in preparation for starting a weight gain program for muscle purposes. Day 6 clean 9

Still enjoying my meals in the evening we have just had a lovely pork stir fry.

My weight is near enough the same as Day three lost .2 of a pound so it still going down and I have lost a few cm here and there too :) the main thing I have noticed is that my most recently bought jeans are all of a sudden too big! I still feel fantastic all round!

Day 5 Clean 9 -a bit late (day 5 was yesterday)

Same again as day three with regard to supplements and food. Feeling fantastic today, although a little achy from my workout. Gaz had me doing squats and crunches last night! He has been supporting me on my detox and decided to join me. He is feeling awesome too, massive changes in the way we as a family think about food and health.

What is Garcinia plus?

Day 4 Clean 9

Days 3-9 are the same as yesterday (day 3) with regard to food and supplement intake. I even ate the same meal for tea! Feeling fine not hungry, drinking a huge amount of water has defiantly helped. Still not missing any of the bad stuff.
