Our COUCH TO 5K programme is back!
Starting the week commencing August 17th. 8 weeks of progressive programming designed to get you from COMPLETE BEGINNER to moving consistently for 5k. This Is great for people wanting to start running, coming back from an injury and want to ease themselves back into it or people that want to improve their existing 5k if they find themselves stop starting during their 5k run.

We will run the programme on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.45pm from LB Fitness and also on a Sunday morning at a different local location.

You do not need to attend every single session but you will be required to commit to the programme do some solo sessions and submit your recorded evidence if you can not make it.

You will be supported by our team and our existing running club members.

The cost is £40 this covers a t.shirt and graduation medal and 1 year membership to Lb Fitness run club.

Congratulations Trish Boyd on finishing Ilkley half marathon today whiskers off a pb but in this heat survival is always the goal.
