When you remove your gel polish and file your nails down. 😮💅 I can’t stress enough the importance of correct application, removal and maintenance of gel. Regular use of cuticle oil to maintain the nails is paramount to keeping them strong and help growth. 😍

6weeks having the same gel polish on with no chips but figured it was time to remove them even though I could easily have left them longer. 💅💅Considering at one time I was a chronic nail biter and sacrificed my nail beds to the ‘nail bars’ before I knew how damaging the methods they use are, 😬🤦‍♀️ I’m pleased with my nail progress! Goes to show what can be done if you have correct application and removal of products by a proper nail technician that you don’t need to sacrifice your nail growth or condition. 😊😊
