It will be emotional to leave The Pod as it’s been my baby from the ground up but I wish Charlotte well with her nails and lashes business and hope it is as kind to her as it has been to me x

Hi guys Deborah here , a wee update to let you know I will still be working doing Hair from The Hair Pod for the foreseeable future x
My usual working hours will stay Friday now being my late night x
A wee reminder to book your Christmas appointments asap as my appointments are filling up x
As most of you will be aware I have been teaching Pilates over the last year and my classes have been busy x so moving forward after new year I will also be taking more smaller intimate classes in The Pod x There will be small beginner classes as well as Pilates's fundamental workshops to get you started and feel comfortable in a class setting x
I'm in the process of making some changes for The Pod to adapt to both businesses and really look forward to to seeing you to make you hair beautiful and body strong x

Our hair is the physical extension of our thoughts, it gives us direction throughout life; each of our hair represents itself, it is connection points both our body and our spirit according to indigenous peoples.
Men and women of wisdom wore long hair; However, in places where tyranny of any form, short hair was mandatory and this, among other factors, led to the spiritual and physical defeat of the peoples.
Hair has its own language and character, and how it is styled is extremely important to those who use it:
The mid line represents the alignment of the thought.
The braid, the unity of thought with the heart.
Hair down means safety.
Hair up , conviction.
CLOSURE OF THE CYCLES:
Our hair, like every cell in our body, has memory, which is why it is common that when we close a chapter of our lives, our being asks us for a haircut, unconsciously due to the need for renewal, like when trees lose their shell, until they getting their vitality back.
Your hair isn't there by mistake. To have a purpose
Humans need rituals to understand some things. And to each ritual, we assign power that goes beyond objective explanations.
Psychomagic understands this human way of functioning.
These actions filled with intention, work like magic, as we are beings filled with divine spark......
"Hair":
1. Hair wash
Hair has a bigger purpose than just making us look good.
Showering and washing hair can be a spiritual moment if we intend to.
We don't need 2 hours daily meditation to improve our spiritual life, but to find divinity in every corner of our daily lives.
Shower time this is for you
While bathing, bring a happy memory to your mind, with all its details.
So put all that energy of joy and love into your heart. Feel the water that flows into your body and how the scents fill the bathroom.
Give thanks for cleansing all of your bodies through the element of water. Bless your hair for the properties of receiving antennas for spiritual energy and bless your entire body.
2. Hair cut
Due to its slow growth, hair follows us in many cycles.
When you get your hair cut, while it cuts, be grateful for all the learnings from your good and bad experiences, and intend to cut with all the low frequency energies associated with all the experiences your hair has lived with you.
Intention that through scissors all the energetic cords that bind you through attachment, fear, anger or any low frequency emotion to other people and places are cut
When you see your new hair cut, bless it and ask Him to help you channel in the divine energy and fill you with vests of beautiful and happy
