I’m trying to up update my bridal portfolio 👰🏼‍♀️

If any of my brides could send me some photos of themselves and their bridal party I would so appreciate it 🙏🏻

In April, Natalie and Idrees will be getting married at their dream venue Crossbasket Castle.

Lynsay Beggs and I have the absolute privilege of helping Natalie and her bridesmaids look amazing on this special day.

Sadly back in September of 2020 Natalie was told she that she had grade four breast cancer and was sadly given the prognosis of 6-12 months.

They want nothing more than to have their dream wedding with their loved ones and wee boy.

Natalie and Idrees’ wedding is being organised thanks to the volunteers of the Wedding Wish Makers and all the amazing organisations that have agreed to make this day amazing.

But we need a little more help 🙏🏻 The venue have very kindly reduced their fee massively but we still hope to raise £1,300.00 to help fund the the venue.

We know times are hard just now but this is such a worth while cause for an amazing local family. We have over 2000 followers on this page if everyone donated just £1 we would smash this target for them and help ease the pressure at such a hard time.

There is so much pressure on us all, especially on social media to look a certain way. In the beauty industry especially it’s becoming more of the norm to edit and filter photos and that can lead to unrealistic expectations of how you should look, with and without makeup. Flaws are normal, skin blemishes, pores, uneven skin tone are all normal.

This week the decided to go No edits, no filters and either minimal or no makeup.

I decided to go full raw, no makeup, edits or filters at all. In my younger days I would never have even left the house without makeup on but as I’ve got older I’ve learned to embrace my skin, flaws and all 🙌🏼
