✨ Hi, I’m Nola! I thought it was about time I introduced myself to all my lovely new followers. 🤍

When I was younger, I suffered with severe eczema. Like so many people, I was prescribed cream after cream, including steroid creams, without ever really questioning what I was putting on my skin.

Looking back, I had no idea that so many of those products contained petroleum-based ingredients and other synthetic ingredients. Every time my eczema flared, I was simply given another cream.

Looking back now, I realise it probably wasn’t just one thing. On holiday I was spending more time in the sunshine and the sea, but I was also eating fresher, less processed food, often cooked with olive oil rather than vegetable or seed oils. Whatever the combination was, my skin always seemed happier—and it made me question whether there was more to skin health than simply applying another cream.

Years later, I also began paying much more attention to what I was putting on my skin as well as what I was putting into my body. That journey completely changed the way I viewed skincare.

It inspired me to start this brand—a place where people can find skincare made with simple, carefully selected ingredients that align with my own values. Every product in my collection is something I’d happily use on my own skin, from our grass-fed tallow sun balm to our antioxidant-rich serums.

I believe skincare doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, getting back to simple, nourishing ingredients is exactly what our skin has been asking for.
