Happy December! Are you already thinking about your goals for the coming year (it’s just around the corner!)

Do you set goals and never achieve them?
Frustrating isn’t it? Hopefully this will help you ✔️

Congratulations to my ladies who've just completed their 6 Week Body Transformation challenge - through thick and thin, they've stayed true to their goals, giving it their all every day, day after day! They've learned the habits and the tools they need to live a healthy life way beyond the 6 weeks and I'm so proud of them!

Excited too, to see their "after" pics and catch up with them all individually to find out their results and see how good they're feeling 💪🏼

The waiting list for the next challenge is already open and filling up, so comment "I'M IN!" below if you'd like to be part of a supportive group of women, coached by me and all working towards losing weight, getting fit, staying strong and crushing their goals!

(And if you'd rather 1-2-1 coaching, send me a DM and we'll speak)

We all have to start somewhere.

The journey to your best self begins with the first step - it's daunting, but once you do it, you realise it isn't as scary as you thought.

If you're ready to take the first step to a better version of you (whether that's so your clothes fit you better, you have more energy throughout the day or you just want to lose some weight) apply to have me coach you (the link is in my bio) and let's see if we're a good fit for each other to get you to reach your goals.

We all dream of success, but it’s important to recognise that the journey is a two-part process. Wanting success is the first step, the aspiration that fuels our ambitions. It’s the spark that ignites our dreams, setting us on a path towards our goals.

But here’s the reality check: Achieving success demands more than just desire; it requires relentless perspiration. The sweat, hard work, and dedication you invest day in and day out. It’s the long hours, the setbacks, and the determination to push through challenges.

Success isn’t handed out on a silver platter; it’s earned through grit and perseverance. So, never underestimate the value of your efforts. Each drop of sweat, each hurdle you overcome, brings you one step closer to turning your aspirations into reality.

Embrace the journey, celebrate the small victories along the way, and remember that the sweat you put in today will water the seeds of your success tomorrow. 🌱💦 Keep aspiring, keep perspiring, and watch your dreams flourish into achievements!🚀🌟

I want to tell you about a woman that always inspired me.

At the age of 60, she learned to drive and passed her driving test.

Also, at the age of 60, she started going to the gym, having never stepped foot inside a gym before. She trained regularly, consistently and never let her age hold her back.

As she got older and her eyesight started to fade, she wasn't ready to give up reading, learning and growing her knowledge so she turned to audiobooks.

There's so much more I could tell you, but I know it'll make me really emotional because...the woman I'm talking about is my mother; my role model, my inspiration and my reason to constantly challenge myself.

As we age, it’s important to continue to challenge yourself and to try new things. As humans, we seek homeostasis … the status quo, balance, whatever you want to call it.

The thing is, if we maintain the status quo, we really aren’t growing, are we?

But growing and changing don’t have to be (and probably shouldn’t be!) a super-serious and boring business.

It should be fun!

What have you always wanted to try? Share it with us in the comments and who knows? Maybe you’ll find something new to challenge yourself with :)

Your best effort is your secret weapon!

Remember, success is built on consistently giving it your all, even on those days when you're not feeling it.

In fact, it's those days that make you realise how strong you really are, mentally, emotionally and physically.

Keep pushing, keep growing and always give it 100%

You'll thank yourself later.

How many times have you heard someone (um, maybe me!) tell you to make sure you stay hydrated? Or ask you if you are drinking enough water?

That’s because your body NEEDS water to do so many important things to keep your body functioning.

It helps your body move important nutrients to where they’re needed. It supports your body’s amazing self-cleaning system, flushing out your kidneys, your liver, and helping your colon do what it has to do!

It helps your body break down (digest) foods. It pads your joints and acts as a lubricant to keep your organ (and your whole body!) supple. And it also helps your body maintain its temperature.

Pretty important stuff, huh?

Do a self-check to make sure you’re drinking at least HALF your body’s weight in ounces every single day.

On days you drink caffeine, add another cup or two. And add more on days you work out, too.

“A goal is a dream with a deadline.” – Napoleon Hill

Setting goals with deadlines … and then taking the necessary steps to make them happen creates self-efficacy, which is a really fantastic kind of confidence.

Basically, it’s being able to trust yourself to do what it takes to get things done. It can spill over into every area of your life. You learn you can count on yourself, no matter what. And that’s a life-changing gift to give yourself!

The more goals you accomplish, the more self-belief and self-efficacy you build.

Think about that for a moment.

And if you know, deep down, that it's time for you to make some changes, apply for 1-2-1 coaching with me (link in bio) and let's see if I can help you hit your goals 💪🏼

Nourishing your body is nurturing your soul.

Remember, eating well isn't just about staying fit; it's a powerful act of self-respect.

When you choose nutritious foods, you're showing love and care for yourself from the inside out.

A while ago I started a 42 walking challenge for myself - with my goal to get outside and walk every day.

Sometimes it was for an hour, other times for half an hour, and anything in between.

It wasn't about how far or fast I walked, but more about starting and sticking to a new habit, creating consistency and not finding excuses when it would have been easier to snuggle up under a fluffy blanket on the sofa.

The benefits (and the changes I saw) weren't just physical - the mental and emotional benefits were just as transformative.

Stay tuned for a YouTube video about my walking challenge :)
