CLOSED BUT ALWAYS HERE FOR ADVICE AND HELP, just reach out if you need me, messages, phone call or zoom chat. Just a reminder that we are still closed, as all sports therapy and and sports massage providers should be from our professional association the have had a solicitor read the government advice and tell us it’s illegal if we were to take face to face clients. But there is light at the end of the tunnel... the vaccines are underway and getting so many of out most vulnerable. So be patient and be good and we’ll be reunited soon 🙏🏻

It’s cold out there right people, is that’s what’s stopping you from working out? Don’t beat yourself up about it... I’m with you I don’t like loss of feeling in my toes and fingers, while my lungs burn.
Also I get it, a generic workout following an instructor either pre recorded or live here... they can’t see you or know if you are really working right??!
So what are your options if you aren’t self@motivated and like support and guidance?? If you haven’t tried online personal training why not? Think it’s too expensive? Well throughout lockdown I’ll be offering sessions from £15.
No gimmicks, no sales calls, just a friendly chat to find out how it works... if you want to start something get in touch! Who knows what it could lead to, you owe yourself that. Cheers 🥂

You just need to take that first step... do what you can and come back for more the next time hoping to match or improve on what you did, it might not happen every time but progress no matter how small is progress. Even if that progress is just showing up regularly... it only needs to be small to start with and then you’ll want more. I myself have had a blip in December... a nagging wrist injury is stopping me doing what I like and left only able to run, cycle (no bike) or body weight legs exercises. Along with the therapy and my Abfab being reduced into tier 4 I’ve lulled around wasting time doing nothing. The last two runs have been 1/6 of what I did in the summer and it’s burned, lungs on fire and stitch. But there’s one thing I know, it gets easier, I’ve just got to keep on showing up. Remember we can all easily spend an hour on social media... why not take that hour or 45mins for you get that exercise in. And if you need motivation, guidance, structure or equipment just drop me a message let’s get you started, either online or face to face (can be two friends and me under current guidelines outside)... I like to keep it real and let’s never pretend it’s always easy cause It isn’t but it will be at times if you invest into it.
