The Lash Growth Cycle:
✧ Anagen (Growth Phase)
Lasts 30–45 days
New lashes are forming and strengthening.
✧ Catagen (Transition Phase)
Lasts 2–3 weeks
Growth pauses as the lash prepares to shed.
✧ Telogen (Resting Phase)
Lasts 6–8 weeks
The fully grown lash releases naturally — taking the extension with it.
Because every lash is in a different phase, daily shedding is normal.
Infills every 2–3 weeks restore balance, density, and symmetry while protecting lash health.
