So here's a deep one. Im very open about my mental health, Autism and adhd. Recently its been hard exciting. Just breathing takes more effort. Its exhausting. Today was the hardest, feeling to lost in myself. I've been switching my anxiety medication, I've gone through withdrawal and settling onto a new tablet so everything feels more. I needed help, and I called some of the team and they dropped what they had planned and came to support and help me. These women I work with are amazing beautiful people inside and out. Rosie even did the school run for me, and I've never known women to support like this no questions asked. My medication has been increased and hopefully that will help. But I know im not standing on my own. 🥰
