I offer Esalen massage combined with Reiki healing. This is an integrative, mind, body, heart, spirit experience.
Using long slow strokes, pauses, rocking and stretching I will soothe your body into a state of deep regenerative relaxation.
I'm delighted to announce I'll be launching my healing Esalen with Reiki massage practice from the garden studio at Strawberry Cottage on Friday 1st October. Treatments last an hour and a half and cost £90. Please contact me for further details and appointments. Looking forward to welcoming you x
