EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES….

You can get your glow with new lashes, brows and a luxurious facial. But to get that inner glow, you need to know when to take time out, to feed your soul and to stop doing and start being.

It’s really tough to give yourself this time, as there is always a long list of stuff to do, but I’ve learned that whether I take time out or not, there are ALWAYS jobs to do. But the difference I feel by taking time out always helps me to be a better mum, a better wife and a much calmer self.

Today I took myself to , started a new book by and enjoyed a lovely comforting cuppa and biccie, all in the great outdoors…breathing in that fresh Yorkshire air and listening to the sounds of nature.

Should get me through a weekend at home with the kids 😂
