I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported my little Massage & Reflexology business. As many of you will know I have been spending a lot of time providing complementary therapies to those experiencing end of life care and their carers at our local hospice in Harrogate.

So I am now going to step back from providing treatments from my home, so I can give a bit more time to them ❤️ It has been a pleasure to meet such lovely people and have regular customers who have also helped me grow in confidence too. Thank you everyone 🙏 ❤️

Karlyn completed Complementary Therapies in Oncology Cancer Care course for Massage & Reflexology, and is offering her services to clients and carers from her base in Harrogate UK. She is an experienced Complementary Therapist and volunteer at her local hospice, providing gentle massage and reflexology treatments to patients, carers and staff. Karlyn offers her beautiful treatments from her garden therapy room, and is also available for home visits for those who are unable to get to her.

We need your help! Volunteer to be a marshal for Sue Ryder Starlight Hike Leeds on Saturday, 14th October! ✨

📣 You will guide and cheer walkers on as they pass you
🤩 You will be provided with a hi-vis vest and glow accessories to light up the way!
🕙 Both our 5k and 10k walks start at 7.00pm so you would need to be in place at this time ready for the first walkers to pass
🎉 You will also be welcome to come along to the whole event if you wish, which kicks off at Prince Henry's Grammar School in Otley at 5.15pm. There will be stalls, a DJ and a warm-up act, as well as plenty of refreshments served after the event itself
