Just a little heads-up about why we request & take deposits when you book an appointment.

It’s honestly not to put anyone off! it’s just become a really important part of protecting the business. As a small, independent Salon every appointment matters. When someone cancels last minute, doesn’t show or even reschedules it’s not just lost time it’s lost income that can’t be replaced.

That kind of thing has a knock-on effect. It impacts the flow of the day, other clients who could’ve taken that spot, and ultimately, the sustainability of the business!

The deposit is simply a way to make sure your booking is secure, and that the time we’ve set aside for you is respected and valued, just like the care we put into every appointment 🤍
