Starting her first job at Joseph Ferraro Hair was a huge step for Lily, and since joining the salon she has developed not only her technical skills, but her confidence and independence too.

From learning cutting, colouring and customer service to becoming a confident and trusted part of salon life, Lily has embraced every opportunity to grow. One of the things she’s most proud of is the person she has become along the way, and we couldn’t agree more.

Charlotte joined Joseph Ferraro Hair in 2025 and has already shown real determination, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. From developing new skills such as balayage to growing in confidence every day, she has made a fantastic start to her career.
 
She credits the support of the team for helping her settle into salon life, and in return has become a valued member of the salon family. Her positivity, commitment and desire to improve make her an exciting talent for the future.

When Claudia joined the salon in 2024, she was eager to develop her skills and learn all aspects of professional hairdressing. Since then, her confidence, knowledge and abilities have grown enormously.
 
From building friendships with the team to taking part in competitions and embracing every opportunity to learn, Claudia has shown dedication, commitment and a genuine passion for the industry.
 
As she completes her apprenticeship and begins the next chapter of her career, we couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved.

Although Lara only joined the salon this year, she has already made a fantastic impression on both the team and our clients. Her talent, professionalism and positive attitude have made her a welcome addition from day one. ⁣
