Treatment Room - massages with Natalia

When you’re a massage therapist trying to take a nice aesthetic photo of your client… 💆‍♀️✨

The flash was way too bright, so I switched it off.

This is what I got: 🕯️😂

Me: “Relax, I’ve got this.”
The camera: “No, you don’t.” 😂😂

Massage therapy or séance? You decide. 👻🕯️

Today, our whole family took part in the 5K for Minds Charity Race, and it was a great experience.

Crossing the finish line together made this event truly special. It wasn’t just about running or walking—it was about coming together as a family, supporting an important cause, and raising awareness for mental health.

We are so grateful to have been part of such a meaningful and emotional event.

Every step mattered. 💙🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Not a bad way to start the weekend, is it? ✨

Waiting for my next Kobido face massage client and taking a moment to enjoy the calm before the session.

Wishing everyone a beautiful weekend! 💆‍♀️🤍

☀️ Holiday Notice☀️

Just a little heads-up that I’ll be taking some time off from the end of July until the beginning of August to enjoy some family time and recharge. 💕

If you’ve been thinking about booking a treatment, please send me a message before then as spaces are filling up.

I’ll still check my messages when I can, but replies may be a little slower than usual.

Thank you so much for your continued support. I can’t wait to see you all again when I’m back! 💆‍♀️✨

Have a lovely summer everyone! ☀️🌸

When your client becomes a friend 🤍💐

I was so touched to receive these flowers today — such a thoughtful and lovely surprise.

One of the best parts of what I do is the amazing women I get to meet along the way. Women supporting women will always be special 🤍

Grateful to support high-performing athletes through sports massage.

Most people don’t realise this…

Your jaw, forehead and scalp can hold as much stress as your shoulders. 😮

That’s why after Kobido people often say:
✨ “My face feels lighter”
✨ “I feel so relaxed”
✨ “I slept so well after”

Because Kobido works not only on the skin — but also on the nervous system and facial tension patterns.

Beauty starts with relaxation. 🌿
