Why you haven’t seen me showing up online like I used to these last few months.

Sorry to all the SMM, but showing up posting everyday, scheduling posts, trending audios, best time to post, keeping up with trends. Has only kept me glued to my screen more than ever before, and I’m really not here for it anymore.

Going forward I’ll be posting when and what I want at whatever time I like. Sorry not sorry.

On the surface it looks like you’re doing really well and I really am and I’m sooo thankful for all my clients but behind the scenes I’m not looking after myself and the businesses take over, clients come first, which leads to my vertigo episodes becoming more frequent. I mean working 10/11 weeks straight without a single day off is really not the badge of honor I’ll be continuing to wear.

So going forward I’ll be prioritising days off, self care for me before saying yes and working more.

I’ve made myself available 24/7 with no boundaries and I’m switched on and overstimulated all the time! I really struggle to switch off. So I’m learning boundaries and taking time away from the screen.

I have also built and launched a brand new business which I am so in love with! It’s so exciting and I’m so thankful for all the business and how well it has taken off. This has been the eye opener for me, whilst I’m helping women feel better in their bodies, I’ve been choosing to neglect mine.

This is a reminder that we don’t need to be online and switched on all the time to be successful, if anything we need to prioritise ourselves and our wellbeing more than ever, I’ve been running the car on empty for far too long but I’m learning more and more each day and will be looking after myself more so that I can be the best version of myself to give to all my amazing clients who I love and adore 💕

What a lovely morning to be part of getting Rachel and her bridal party ready, from the nerves, tears, the laughs, it was truly a beautiful day to be part of, teaming with my girl 💕

We added in clips ins for extra hold and volume to Rachel’s already beautifully long natural hair,🌱 which worked so well for the half up style and held up even through a few strong winds.
