💛 Let’s normalise using the correct terminology in the nail industry: infill and rebalance are not the same service.

An infill simply fills the area of new nail growth near the cuticle.

A rebalance involves much more. As the natural nail grows, the apex and structure of the enhancement move forward. During a rebalance, we remove any lifting, reduce the length and bulk where necessary, reposition the apex, restore the correct structure and perfect the shape.

Using the correct terminology helps our clients understand the service they are receiving, the skill involved and why the appointment may take longer or cost more.

We aren’t just filling a gap—we’re restoring strength, balance and beautiful structure. Education builds professionalism, confidence and client trust. 💛
