Hello💜...I hope you're ok and that there have been some silver linings for you over the past few unusual months that we have been living through. At present I don't feel now is the right time to start even considering offering aromatherapy treatments again,as there are still too many unknowns re Covid,the infection rate and how it spreads etc..I have decided to review the situation again at the end of September when things will hopefully be clearer. Sassie Yasamee for her aromatherapy massage with me this afternoon,which she loved..of course!😁 ...and gave me 2 bottles of her fabulous apple juice...it went down very nicely with my pasta dinner...she really is a supreme apple juice maker and I shall be ordering at least half a dozen bottles for Xmas presents...looking forward to seeing the jazzy new labels too Sassie designed by the lovely Erica Smith of Wordsmith Design.

Treating yourself to regular Aromatherapy Massage is certainly one way to stress proof yourself against what life throws at us and a wondeful way to relax,heal and unwind...another is to spend time in nature...what an amazing sky today....! If you know someone who deserves a treat perhaps think about giving them an aromatherapy gift voucher this Xmas,( or any time is good😊),or buy them a cosy warm hat,scarfe and gloves and go on a lovely beach walk!

I've been thinking of ways to try and reduce my use of plastic,like most people I expect... Recently I've made my own fabric softener ,apparently the bought type contains plastic apart from coming in a plastic bottle...It's easy and cheap to make too :- add your choice of essential oils to a glass container containing Epsom Salts and stir well.(I used a jam jar), and add one heaped tablespoon to the conditioner compartment of your washing machine...works a treat and smells delicious! Recently I purchased a natural solid hair shampoo and conditioning bar from a lovely company called Cosy Cottage...no SlS/parabens...and it works really well! Humus is easy to make and again no plastic pot..my favourite is butter bean and fresh mint...Have you made any little changes that not only help the environment and your pocket, but are healthier too!?
