Our updated menu is coming out next Wednesday! It’ll include our exciting additions to the menu with our new team members, as well as a couple of new packages, and some other tweaks here and there.
Unfortunately, it also includes some increases. This has become necessary, in order for us to keep up with the rising costs of products, utilities and training, to name just a few. We hope you understand. (If you book before the new menu is out, the current prices will still apply 😉).

This special targeted treatment is being offered by Julie, our latest addition to the Old Rectory Therapy team. With her 20 years of experience you'll be in capable hands, plus she's a runner to boot.
Benefits of post event treatment include:
- Faster recovery and return to training
- Reduction in muscle soreness, fatigue and tightness
- Aids repair by enhancing circulation and removal of waste from the tissues
- Normalises range of movement and even better its a great way to relax.

Treatments available between 10am – 6pm, with options for 30 min and 45 min sessions.
