Sound baths are a great way to unwind, relax and clear a busy mind. We never truly know how much you're taking on, the energy's we absorb throughout our days from those we come into contact with. The space we are in and our general busy lives.
Self care isn't always our first priority we tend to put others before ourselves and put things off and it's only when we truly let ourselves experience a sound journey that you start to see just how you cannot always switch off because we are constantly dealing with a busy mind.
We hosted 2 sound baths this week and several of our wonderful clients observed themselves that it wasn't as easy to switch off and this proves that taking more time for self care can assist with making group sessions, like the sound baths, feel more immersive if you allow yourself to truly settle, clear your mind and truly be in that moment.

We are bringing a new element to the forthcoming scheduled events including a wonderful guest Felicia Banks delivering Crystal Energy work throughout the session, there will also be an opportunity after the session to ask any questions following the energy delivery.

We have upcoming soundbaths in October at several locations, we aim to keep these small and intimate and unique, if you would like to experience a deep relaxing soundbath, incorporating the element of water, a light introduction to Qi Gong Breathwork and each session will also include Crystal & Energy Healing delivered by Felicia Banks a highly experienced expert in this field.

If you would like to book on the day at a session, please ensure to give a minimum of 48hrs notice to ensure there is capacity and for us to email you the relevant documents required before a session.

*New Service (Autumn 2026)*

I have over the past few months recieved enquiries about the possibility of hosting private 1:1 sessions for clients, I have decided to offer these to see how well they will be received, these sessions are designed to allow you to have the experiences in the comfort of your own home as well as you recieving the cleansing energy, your chosen home space will also benefit from the session as the space is cleansed before starting each session. I am offering the two services pictured separately, but if you are interested in combining the two into a package. Please do let me know in your email enquiry.
All pricing is dependent on location/distance, requirements, selected duration time and equipment to be used during the session.
