In an emergency would you know what to do if someone collapsed and was not breathing?
This year we would like as many David Lloyd members to support this life-saving initiative by attending one of our CPR workshops run by Sue and her team.
You’ll learn how to recognise an unconscious casualty, when to provide CPR and what to do in an emergency.

Through the David Lloyd Clubs Together Foundation, we’re helping children who face some of the greatest barriers to being active. Our Move Together and Swim Together programmes help more children get moving, build confidence and learn to swim.
This October, we’re raising vital funds with our Star Jumps Challenge and we’d love you to get involved.
The challenge is simple: complete 1,000 star jumps throughout October, either on your own, as a family or as a team. Seated, classic or extra explosive – every jump counts!
By taking part and fundraising, you’ll be helping us reach even more children through our programmes.

At David Lloyd Clubs we are committed to prioritising your family’s wellbeing, particularly in DL Kids.
With 1 in 10 children under the age of 10 experiencing challenges with their mental health, our brand new products Wellness Squad for ages 6-10s and Let’s Discover Wellness for ages 3-5 give children the opportunity to explore their emotions through movement and creativity. It’s a fun and engaging way for children to discover what wellness means to them and to help develop positive habits.
These classes start on Monday 19th October in club and will be available to book on your app at the end of this week. We look forward to welcoming you 🧘♂️

Mehdi brings a wealth of experience to the team, having led several of our London clubs, including Kensington, Chelsea and, most recently, Notting Hill.
A true sports enthusiast, Mehdi is sure to be spotted enjoying some of our facilities such as padel pickleball or maybe a class or two when he’s not busy running the club!

KIT ROUND CLUB IS HERE!
We’re proud to be part of the Kit Round Club, giving your old sports kit a new lease of life while helping reduce waste.
Got tennis, gym or sports kit that’s no longer being used? Instead of leaving it at the back of the wardrobe, bring it into the club and pop it in our Kit Round Club bin.
Together, we can keep kit in use for longer with people that need it, reduce waste and make a positive difference. 💚

💛❤️ Happy Lifeguard Appreciation Day
The only people who can rock red shorts, a whistle and give a the stare of safety.
Today we celebrate the unsung heroes of David Lloyd Hatfield, the poolside patrol pros and the sun tanning sentinels of water safety. 💪🏻🏊
Whether it’s rescuing swimmers, enforcing the rules, or calmly speaking to members our lifeguards keep everyone at bay and our pools safe.
