Hands-on Therapies Ltd

‘A sanctuary of peace and calm where you can relax and find inner connection’

There is nothing quite like a really good massage. The choice of massage treatments on offer these days is vast. It can be daunting to decide which one is best for you. Whatever it’s called or techniques that are employed, civilisation has been benefiting from a healthy healing touch since the dawn of time. First of all ask yourself a simple question. What are you trying to achieve? Do you want to ease out those aches from last Sunday’s football or tennis match? Or are you looking for a bit of peace in the ever frantic world we live in? Massage is one of the few passive relaxation activities. Once the initial consultation has been completed, as a client, the only thing you need to communicate is if something is uncomfortable. A tried and tested method to find a therapist is to get a recommendation. People love sharing good restaurants, wine, books, movies and believe it or not, massage therapists. If you’re a complete massage novice think about trying a 20 min on-site massage. All the work is done over your clothes and it’ll leave you feeling alert, stress free and ready to face the rest of your day. If you’re sore, tired, stressed out or are looking for a few moments of peace massage will provide the antidote.
