So who’s been keeping to a routine whilst on lockdown? Our normal has shifted into a different normal. We are creatures of habit naturally and having a routine can limit procrastination, keep track of your goals, helps you establish priorities and can even help keep you healthy

So there a no real changes here at HGT, a deep clean, a lick of paint here and there. I wonder when we’re able to look back on this time, will this pandemic have changed something inside of us? I am looking forward to the day I can re-open my doors to find out what you’ve been up to whilst locked away at home.

I found my pup had ‘taken’ an affirmation card this morning 🤣 when she lets it go I’m keen to know which one she picked out. I wonder what it says... 🙈🤔

Another day in the garden means I have more time on my hands. My cabin is getting on on the action with its own

I am missing working in my cabin and seeing my lovely clients. But when I can I’m using the space and the time to sit and reflect and meditate in there. Who knows what ideas will come from this luxury of time!

Excuse the scruffy pup 😂 she’s not gonna get a hair cut for a while and I’m not brave enough to groom her myself. But this little madam makes us laugh every day. What things are making you laugh at the moment?
