Theft - Monday 09-03-2026 11pm

This character stole plants from outside Lucky Star Nails Havant.

Thought to be local as he was on foot and there was a 5 minute pause between each of his visits. Cameras caught passing cars at the time of the theft, so did you see anything? 👀

Anyone who can identify the man from the video/photos or indeed return the plants, will receive a free shellac manicure at Lucky Star Nails. 💅🏻
