By far my favourite treatment to perform.
So, what are polynucleotides and how will they benefit you?
Polynucleotides are regenerative skin treatments that help repair and rejuvenate the skin from within. They work by stimulating your body’s natural healing response, improving hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality.
Perfect for tired, ageing, crepey or dull skin when you’re looking for natural results rather than added volume.
If you’d like to know whether polynucleotides are suitable for you, send me a message.

Microneedling isn’t just another facial.
It’s a clinically proven treatment designed to stimulate your skin’s natural healing response, encouraging fresh collagen production and healthier-looking skin over time.
The best part……results continue to develop long after your treatment session finishes.
If you’re looking to improve skin texture, soften acne scars, reduce fine lines or restore a healthier glow, microneedling could be exactly what your skin needs.

1. “Oh, I don’t use SPF.”
Daily SPF is one of the most effective ways to protect skin from premature ageing, pigmentation, and UV damage. Without it, treatment results can be harder to maintain and protect.
2. “I get my skincare from TikTok Shop.”
Not all skincare products are created equal. What’s trending online isn’t always backed by science, suitable for your skin type, or sourced from reputable suppliers.
3. “The lady down the road does microneedling cheaper.”
When it comes to advanced skin treatments, experience, qualifications, safety standards, and product quality should always be considered alongside price.
4. “I like things natural, so I make my own SPF.”
Homemade SPF products are not tested to the same standards as regulated sunscreens, making it difficult to know what level of protection you’re actually getting.
5. “Can we do the same as my friend had? She’s so happy with the results.”
Every face, skin type, and treatment journey is different. What works beautifully for one person may not be the right approach for another.
6. “I know I’m late, but can we add on a skin booster today too?”
Treatment plans require proper consultation, assessment, and time allocation. Last-minute additions aren’t always safe or appropriate.
7. “I didn’t follow the aftercare advice.”
Aftercare plays a vital role in achieving the best possible results and reducing the risk of complications following treatment.
8. “I saw something on Facebook, can we try it today?”
Not every trend circulating online is evidence-based, safe, or suitable. Professional recommendations should always take priority over social media trends.
9. “It’s okay to go to the gym tonight after my anti-wrinkle treatment, isn’t it?”
Following post-treatment guidance helps ensure optimal results. Activities such as intense exercise may be discouraged for a period after treatment.
10. “Can you make me look exactly like this lady in the photo?”
Inspiration photos can be useful, but every individual has unique facial features and anatomy. The goal is always to enhance your natural features, not replicate someone else’s.

Sunburn and laser hair removal are not a safe combination.
Sunburn is a form of skin injury that causes inflammation and increases skin sensitivity. Laser hair removal works by delivering heat energy to melanin within the hair follicle. When skin is sunburned, that heat can be absorbed by already damaged tissue, increasing the risk of burns, blistering, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and delayed healing.
For your safety, treatment should be postponed until the skin has fully recovered and returned to its normal colour and condition. Healthy skin allows for safer treatment and more predictable results.

Both treatments challenge the skin barrier and require professional training, sterile equipment, quality products, and proper aftercare. None of that comes cheaply.
When prices seem too good to be true, ask yourself what corners are being cut.
Healthy skin isn’t created through extreme exfoliation. It’s created through safe, evidence-based treatments that respect the skin’s healing process.
Your skin deserves expertise, not shortcuts.
