Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to re schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in loss of your deposit or 50% of the value of your gift voucher. We do not charge missed appointments at the full rate because we do not keep any card details once you have paid your deposit. ✨ A little update ✨
From 13th April 2026 there will be a slight adjustment to our prices.
We’ve always done our best to hold our prices, especially knowing how challenging things can be for everyone.
However, with the rising cost of products and running the salon, this is the first increase we’ve made in over 5 years 🤍
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing us—we truly appreciate every visit.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon ✨
