I'm based in Hampshire with 4 years experience and a level 3 extended diploma in sports massage. Life can be tough, we often carry our bad experiences in our body. which leads to negative energy, which makes us prone to injury. We are not ourselves and as a result become very stressed leading to more negativity. sports massage is a therapeutic treatment wich restores health to body and mind. I have delivered treatment to all various types of injuries and believe it is possible to apply this treatment to restore any injury as well as many mental injuries also. This includes very beneficial pain relief.
