🌿 A LITTLE REMINDER FOR THE WEEK AHEAD 🌿

When was the last time you had an hour where you didn’t have to do anything for anyone else?

No rushing.
No thinking about the next thing on your list.
No looking after everyone else.

Just time to switch off, breathe and be looked after. 💚

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you need it until you’re lying on the massage table thinking, “I really needed this.”

Whether your body is feeling tired and tense, your mind needs a little quiet, or you simply fancy an hour that’s just for you - I’m here when you need me. 🌿

I offer a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments, including massage (pressure light to deep), reflexology, holistic facials and my seasonal treatment rituals, all tailored to you and how you’re feeling on the day.

Maybe this is your little reminder to make some time for yourself.

🌿 A LITTLE SEPTEMBER THANK YOU 🌿

As September comes to an end, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me this month. 💚

I've really enjoyed having that little bit of extra time with you this month - meeting new faces, giving my regular clients a little something extra, and having the opportunity to spend a little longer on the areas you wanted to focus on. 💚

It's been lovely seeing people make the most of the extra 15 minutes in different ways, whether that's spending a little longer on an area of tension, enjoying some reflexology, having an extended scalp massage, or simply having a little more time to switch off. 🌿

If you'd still like to make the most of my September offer, tomorrow -Wednesday 30th September - is the final day to enjoy the complimentary 15-minute extension. 💚

I still have a few appointments available tomorrow.

🍂 And as we head into October, my diary is now open for autumn appointments.
If you've been thinking about booking some time for yourself, I'd love to see you. I'll be sharing a little more about my October treatments over the next few days. 💚

👣WORLD REFLEXOLOGY WEEK 👣
21st – 27th September

This week is all about celebrating reflexology 💕

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, working with specific pressure points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body. The treatment focuses on the feet, but the aim is to support relaxation and wellbeing throughout the whole body, creating a lovely opportunity to pause, breathe and take some time for yourself.

At Calon Lân Holistics, I tailor each reflexology treatment to you, taking a little time beforehand to understand how you’re feeling and what you need from your treatment.

Whether you’re completely new to reflexology or it’s something you already enjoy, it’s a lovely way to press pause for an hour. And if you’ve been thinking about trying it, perhaps this is your sign to give it a go!!

👣 Reflexology | 60 minutes | £50

🎁 September offer: Book any treatment of 60 minutes or longer throughout September and receive an extra 15 minutes FREE.

So this month, your 60-minute reflexology treatment becomes 75 minutes for just £50.
