As some of you may have seen in the press, we have submitted a planning application to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park for temporary planning permission at Pwllgwaelod beach.
For almost 4 years we’ve been roaming this beautiful coastline and we’ve been humbled to watch the sauna community grow across the county.
We first pitched up in Pwllgwaelod in early 2024 and quickly felt it could be a special home for our sauna. What followed was a 2 and a half year process of conversations, planning and working through the relevant legal procedures with local authorities.
We have now submitted an application to return to Pwllgwaelod for 6 months of the year, for the next 3 years.
Whatever the outcome, we’ll continue doing what we’ve always done… Moving with the seasons, caring for our environment, working with the communities and organisations around us, and supporting the growing sauna culture across Pembrokeshire and beyond.
For now, we’ll see where the road takes us.
