Feeling happy, as I’ve received this lovely review on Google 😊

The Million Dollar Bio-Cell Trinity Facial is designed to gently plump, smooth and refresh the skin, helping to soften fine lines and brighten the complexion. It's a nourishing, comforting treatment that works with your skin, and many people notice a lovely difference from their very first visit.

As Deanne says, it's also a wonderful alternative to more invasive procedures — giving visible results without the downtime.

Thank you for trusting me, Deanne 💛

If you'd like to find out more or book in, just send me a message ✨

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬 💛

Just a little heads-up lovely people - family commitments & an upcoming wedding, mean I've made a gentle change to some of my regular working days for the next two weeks.
🥰

My availability looks a little different for a while, but I'm still here and can't wait to see you! If you can't spot the time or day you're looking for online, just send me a quick DM
- I'll do my very best to make it work for you.💌

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support - it means the world. 💛

Heater on ✅
Hot Stones warming ✅

There was a definite chill in the air this morning, my favourite time of year to start the day off with Hot Stones, a relaxing 60 minute Neck, Back & Shoulder massage using a combination of Swedish & Hot Stone massage, a great way to start the weekend 😊

💛 A quiet day off, and a little treat for myself 💛

I've taken today to pause and rest... and with a wedding coming up soon, I decided it was the perfect time to look after myself too.

I've enjoyed a 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩, and the most lovely 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 - and they feel just as wonderful as I always tell you they do.

I truly believe in everything I offer you, and there's something so special about experiencing these treatments myself.
Feeling calm, cared for, and gently glowing... just how we all deserve to feel 💛

Ready to celebrate, and ready to help you feel your best too, whenever you need it.

What a truly beautiful autumnal Sunday it's been here in Pembrokeshire 🍂🧡

I’ve been outside in my garden and was so happy to see my garden still holding onto such lovely blooms - bright, soft, and blooming beautifully even as the seasons turn. Nature really does show us that we can glow and flourish no matter the time of year 🌸🍁

It's a gentle reminder that just like our gardens, we too thrive when we're nurtured, cared for, and given a little love and attention.

Here at Inbalance Therapies, that's exactly what | love to do - help you tend to yourself, find your calm, and keep glowing, inside and out, whatever the season ✨

Whether you're needing a little rebalance, some well-deserved relaxation, or that nourishing self-care moment — I'm here for
you.

Hope you've all had a wonderful, restful Sunday too 🧡

🍂 As the air turns crisper and the days get a little cooler...

It's so lovely to have this beautiful, warm, cosy space ready and waiting for you 🤎

While the weather outside changes, here at Inbalance Therapies it's always calm, snug, and welcoming - just the place to step out of the chill and into somewhere peaceful.

I'm all settled in, warm and ready, looking forward to welcoming my next client soon
💆‍♀️

Come in, relax, and let the world outside fade away……

✨ 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐞 & 𝐈𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬 ✨

Here at Inbalance Therapies, your comfort, safety and wellbeing are always at the very heart of everything I do 🧡

While I'm no longer working as a dental nurse and don't hold current GDC
registration, the years of training and experience I gained in that role have given me an incredibly strong foundation that shapes every single treatment I offer you today.

That comprehensive training taught me:
✅ 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞 & 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 - the highest standards of cleanliness, always.
✅ 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐲, 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 & 𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 - a deep understanding of how your body and skin work.
✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 & 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 — care that's thorough yet kind.
✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 & 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 — putting your comfort and peace of mind first.
✅ 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐦, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 — keeping you relaxed and fully informed at every step.

I've built on that solid base with extensive specialist training in Million Dollar Facials, Bioslimming Paris Active Body Wraps, Massage, Holistic Therapies, Vitamin Therapies and more - blending all that experience to bring you thoughtful, expert care.

It means when you visit me, there's no rushing, no cutting corners - just you, and the very best attention. Every treatment is delivered with care, precision, and genuine expertise, designed to help you feel balanced, refreshed and truly looked after.

Thank you for trusting me with your wellbeing. I can't wait to welcome you 🤍
