Please be reminded when you book an appointment with me you stick to that appointment. If for emergency you can’t make the appointment due to being ill or a hospital appt has come up that you can’t make the hair appointment please give me 48hrs notice minimum.
When you don’t inform me you no longer want your appt, that’s me losing money. When I could have had the chance to refill it had I been given the notice.

I do give people chances after chances to rebook the appointment but seems to be me messaging 3-4days prior to Their appointment to see if we’re still going ahead. I also let it slide and rebook you in for another date, which still same thing happening of rebooking.

For those who know who keeps cancelling it is now deposit of 50% of the service your wanting to book will be asked for to secure your appt and to protect my business.
