A.The Tesla Pelvic Strengthening Chair is a non-invasive treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor using advanced high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology.
Simply sit comfortably on the chair, fully clothed, while the technology stimulates the pelvic floor muscles through thousands of deep muscle contractions during a 30-minute session, making it a convenient treatment for both women and men.

Q.What does it feel like?
A. You'll remain fully clothed throughout your appointment and will feel your pelvic floor muscles contracting. Most clients describe the sensation as unusual but comfortable, similar to an intense muscle workout.

Q.When will i see results?
A. Most clients notice improvements during their treatment course, while others develop results gradually over the following weeks. Results vary between individuals, and completing the recommended course gives the best opportunity for improvement.

ℹ️ Q.What is Toenail Reconstruction?
A.Toenail reconstruction is a non-invasive, cosmetic podiatry treatment designed to restore the appearance of damaged, discoloured, or missing toenails.
It involves applying a specialist medical-grade gel or resin to the natural nail or nail bed, which is then shaped and cured under a UV light to create a natural-looking, flexible nail.
The result is a realistic, durable nail that improves confidence and appearance while the natural nail continues to grow underneath.
Toenail reconstruction restores the appearance of damaged or missing nails, improves confidence when wearing open shoes, and creates a natural, neat finish.

💰Q. How much does it cost?
A. The treatment is £60 - this price includes 2 big Toenails and a gel polish finish.

🕑 Q. How long does the treatment last?
A. Toenail reconstruction typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your nail growth, lifestyle, and aftercare. The treatment is not permanent and will need to be maintained or reapplied as the nail grows out.

A▪ Keep the area clean and dry: Good foot hygiene
helps maintain the reconstruction and prevents
infection.
▪ Avoid picking or pulling: This can lift the product and damage the natural nail underneath.
▪ Wear comfortable footwear: Reduces pressure and
helps the reconstruction last longer.
▪ Follow professional advice: Especially if the nail was damaged due to trauma or fungal infection.
▪ Regular maintenance: Rebooking every 4–8 weeks

WHAT ARE POWDER BROWS?
Powder Brows are a form of Permanent Makeup (PMU) that creates a soft, powdered makeup effect through the brows. Using a specialist PMU machine, pigment is carefully implanted into the skin to create a beautifully defined brow with a soft-to-bold finish.
Unlike microblading, Powder Brows do not use a blade or individual hair strokes. Instead, the technique creates a pixelated, shaded effect that resembles the look of brow makeup. Your brows can be tailored to suit your natural brow shape, skin type and desired finish  from soft and natural to more defined and glamorous. ✨

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IS POWDER BROWS THE SAME AS MICROBLADING?
No. Powder Brows and Microblading are different PMU techniques.
Powder Brows create a soft, shaded makeup effect, whereas microblading uses a blade to create individual hair-like strokes.

HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?
Powder Brows are completed in two sessions.
Your second session takes place approximately 4–6 weeks after your initial treatment, allowing the skin to fully heal and the pigment to settle before any necessary adjustments are made.

HOW LONG DO POWDER BROWS LAST?
Powder Brows are semi-permanent and will gradually soften and fade over time. How long they last can vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and individual pigment retention.
An annual top-up is recommended between 12–18 months to refresh your brows and maintain their colour and definition.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY TREATMENT?
Your brows will initially appear darker and more defined than the final healed result. This is a normal part of the healing process.
As the brows heal, they will soften and the colour will settle. The final healed colour is assessed once the skin has had time to recover.
