One thing that has made me very happy in my pursuit of working with people to help them move and feel better, is the fact that I’m able to keep people actively involved in the sport they enjoy!

I have been fortunate enough to work with various players of both Hawick Legion Afc & Hawick United AFC as well as a couple of members of Reivers Kickboxing Academy. In doing so they receive a small discount of £10 per visit.

Local sport is pivotal to the community, so it’s great to be able to help in some way! ⚽️🥋

Can you take 30 seconds out your day to help a small business grow a wee bit? Any help is appreciated! 🤝

A pleasure to continue sponsoring Kieran Crawford for another season! 🫡
