INCREASE

To all our valued customers due to the increase in our outgoings, unfortunately we must put our prices up as at the 1st of September .
This has not been as easy to decision for us to make,but it’s one we must do.

BOOKINGS:

We understand that trying to get through on the salon phone is not always possible due to the business of the salon. Please be patient and we will get back in touch.
However it would be useful if you had your hairdressers phone number, that way you will have direct contact with them. But do be aware that we do have personal lives as well and we are not always at the end of our phone.

CANCELLATIONS:

We have got a policy in place at the moment , However we haven’t really been implementing it. But from now on we would really appreciate it if you could inform us at least 24hrs before so that we can then rearrange appointments, as it’s us that are losing out on money, We do understand that things can happen out with your control.
