A friendly reminder regarding our cancellation policy 🖤

Please remember that 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rearrangement.

We’ve had 3 no shows, and 4 very last minute same day cancellations in the past two weeks, which has a huge impact on our earnings, especially when our bills still need to be paid.

Where less than 48hrs notice is given or an appointment is missed, full payment will be required before another appointment can be made.

Thank you so much for respecting our policy and continuing to support our small business.

Just a little heads up to all my wonderful clients, Im fully booked throughout August and spaces are already filling up for September.

I’m taking 2 weeks off wk commencing Monday 5th October so PLEASE get your appointments booked in to avoid disappointment, especially if you have a special occasion or holiday coming up. Its so hard turning people away but life outside the salon is mega busy due to family and other work commitments 🤯 So unfortunately I can only work the set days/hours Im in.

Well this week in the salon has been ‘interesting’ 🥵🥵 Thats me finished work for a good few days 😊 I’ll be back on Thursday 9th July. All messages will be replied to on Wedn 8th.

Im pretty much fully booked throughout July, my next colour appointment is Wedn 12th & Thurs 13th Aug. Please remember Im working limited days over the Summer due to school holidays, so please get booked in asap to avoid disappointment.

Kirsty has a couple of colour appointments left this week before going on holiday end June - 1st week of July. My next colour space after this is week commencing 13th July.
