I'm enjoying getting acquainted with these beauties 🔮✨

I'm super sensitive to noise, something I've only learned over the past couple of years. It makes sense why I'd get sooo drunk when I used to drink regularly... I was dulling my senses so I could tolerate loud and busy environments, rather than realising they just weren't for me 😅🤷🏼‍♀️

Now I really enjoy exploring sound and finding that perfect point that scratches my brain 🧠 ... Tuning into what soothes my nervous system rather than overwhelming it feels like a quiet kind of magic ✨

I'm slowly re-emerging from my hermit cave 😅

A bit more of a serious topic today, but I feel it's important to be real, always. Social media is filled with hyper-curated content but yet all of us are here because we are craving real and genuine connection.

Please look after yourselves in these darker days 🙏🏼 reach out to your support network, start to create new connections or just simply make sure you're finding time to get outside and connect with mama nature 🌿

If this helps even just one person to feel less alone then it's worth me sharing this. We need community, co-regulation and support from others. You do not have to face things alone 🖤

This is why I have created the women's circles in my area. To provide a safe space and community for women to connect, be witnessed and to feel seen and validated in our experiences. Still feeling pretty unwell but finally getting over my procrastination/perfection cycle and showing up anyway.

There's so much I want to share and I guess I just haven't known where to start... So I just haven't? 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

I'd love to start sharing some more information around my course in Transpersonal Psychology... It's getting VERY interesting! Alongside some more sound healing videos as well as the usual dready stuff.

We have a few projects on the go at the moment which I'll share more on as they progress, but for now, let me know what you'd like to see and I'll try my best to show up on here more intentionally rather than falling into the doom scrolling trap.
