The cosy nights are coming back… 🕯️☕️

It's time to plan 💪

But as we head into this part of the year, if you’re anything like me, your social calendar starts going up a notch too! 😂

There will be celebrations and lots more to think about and navigate and sometimes this is the point where you can start to drift away from group.

But here’s the thing…

There’s no waiting until…

There’s never going to be a perfect time to lose weight. Life is always going to be happening around us.

You just have to decide that you want it enough to keep going. ❤️

And maybe you’ve felt a little lost lately. Maybe things haven’t gone to plan, or you’ve just lost your way a little ,theres no shame in that I understand ❤️

But please if that’s you reach out ,and please know you’re not alone.

This week, let’s get you back in the room, get your mojo back and give yourself that little kick-start as we get ready to turn over a new leaf this September. 🍁🥰

Come and remind yourself just how powerful the support in group really is.

Warmer weather and lighter evenings means one thing... it’s barbecue season 🙌☀️! I love sitting outside and eating my al fresco faves – and the great news is that, with Slimming World, I don’t have to hit pause on my weight loss 😋.
