We completely understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and appointments may need to be changed. However, recently we have experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which unfortunately has a big impact on our stylists and the salon.

To help protect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Moving forward, any same-day cancellations or missed appointments will require a 50% deposit to secure future bookings.
