👇🏻 Some useful tips on how to better enjoy and prepare for your massage

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 🕯 First of all, make sure you turn up the heating or light the fire - you want to be nice and cosy, not tensed up because you're freezing. Get in the mood for relaxation - candles and music help, maybe even do a short meditation and practice deep breathing if you have a moment. And turn that phone off!!! 🕯 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 - 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐢𝐭, and if there is anything I can do to make it better - always, always let me know (more/ less pressure; something feels really good/or not so much)! 🕯 Do not worry about anything - you are safe and in good hands. 🕯 One hour goes by really quickly - for better relaxation I reccommend 90 minutes session 💚 (photo: from Pinterest)
