Meet Peter👋🏼
Peter is a 91 year old patient who was injured by a car 18 months ago whilst crossing the road, leaving him with a fractured femur. 🦴
We work together each week on rehabilitation exercises, to develop his strength, mobility, balance, co ordination and build confidence. 💪🏼
Peter rises to any challenge without fail and keeps showing up for himself and others - an absolute inspiration! 🔥

Gratitude ✨️
So grateful to be able to help others - it is the reason I do what I do as a job! 💯
It fills me with so much satisfaction, to witness a patient shift from debilitating pain to leading a fulfilling, balanced life, through patience, understanding and a holistic health/ lifestyle plan.🌿
Thank you for the kind review🙏🏽
