Reflexology & Reiki Healing. Using a holistic approach to mind body and health. Carly Beck - Reflexology, Massage, and Reiki Healing.
I have a treatment room in Haywards Heath and I offer Home Visits in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Chailey, Cuckfield, Lewes, Brighton and Hove. I qualified as a Reflexologist at one of the UK's most highly regarded Reflexology Schools, The London School of Reflexology. I am also a Reiki Practitioner and completed my Reiki level 2 attunement in 2010. I use a holistic approach to health considering the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions . Treatments can help support and offer relief from sleeping and anxiety disorders, mental health, depression, physical illness, general well-being, relaxation, stress, rebalance and wind down. Reflexology is a complementary treatment whereby pressure is applied to the many reflex points which are directly connected to organs and body systems through the nervous system. This can help to return the body to a state of natural balance, improving health and wellbeing. Pressure points can be found on the feet, hands, ears and face. Reflexology works with the central nervous system, and can help to reduce pain and keep the body's energy flowing. Reiki - Is a form of energy healing by laying the hands on the body. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Treatment sessions can be given in your own home or in local centres at various locations in Haywards Health, Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas. [email protected]

Part 2 of my spiritual sound healing journey. I have now completed my one to one sound healing with therapeutic and shamanic practices.
I got to continue my journey with the lovely Joann at the Spiritual Tree of Life Sound Healing School for the second part of my course, this part of the course allows me to hold one to one spiritual sound healing and drumming journeys. Joann you are an inspiration and I’m so grateful to have met you!
Part 1 was overwhelming but part 2 even more overwhelming, but I feel more awake, and stronger than ever, and ready to continue my spiritual and healing journey to the next level.
I couldn’t have shared this with two more beautiful and strong spiritual warrior woman, with huge hearts and so much experience.
We held a fire ceremony and made an individual offering for ourselves and for Nepal. Very powerful experience.
I feel awake, and so peaceful, and excited about what’s to come. Lots of tears today but happy ones.
I had a lovely drum journey and it was magical! A real eye opener. My heart is full.
Thank you spirit guides for showing me all you have, and my spirit animals. Thank you Gaia, Mother Earth and the Universe! 💚🌳💛

Overwhelmed with the journey so far and still part 2 to come which dives in to shamanic practices. I’ve met the most beautiful ladies, 4 spiritual warriors! My heart feels full!
Thank you spirit guides for showing me all you have, and my spirit animals. Thank you Gaia, Mother Earth and the Universe! 💚🌳💛
