Although I do always have my set morning routine which consists of
⁃ 5 minutes of meditation
⁃ 5 minutes of manifesting
⁃ Always eating my breakfast of greek yoghurt, berries and granola
⁃ Taking 5 minutes to though my day
In between clints I’ll catch up on client notes and planning for their next appointment.
No 2 days are ever the same and at the end of each day, I always feel extremely grateful and fulfilled. 🩶

These are not true!
There are so many myths revolving around Fractional Radio Frequency but I’m hear to break it down for you.
Myth 1. It has to feel buring hot for it to be working! - using the latest Zemits Fractional MD device, I can see exactly what the temperature of the skin is which removes the guess work and therefore no unnecessary burns.
Myth 2. Results are immediate - while some people may notice a subtle difference afterwards, the most significant results typically develop over time. As collagen production increases in the weeks following, skin gradually becomes firmer and more youthful looking.
Myth 3. One treatment is enough - For optimal results, a series of treatments is recommended. The exact numbers depend of factors such as skin age, lifestyle and diet.
