When this lovely lady first came to see me, she was shaving 2–3 times a day.

Her confidence had taken a real knock. The children in her care had even nicknamed her “Mrs Prickles” — something she laughs about now, but at the time was just another reminder of something she desperately wanted to hide.

And then we started laser.

Yes, the hair changed. But so did she.
