Last bank holiday weekend these guys walked 100km over 24 hours from London to Brighton raising money for their chosen charities. I met up with them at their evening meal stop to ease out & stretch some aching muscles! Well done Alex & Dave!
With Motherās Day just two weeks away, why not give the gift of massage this year?
Gift vouchers are redeemable against a variety of treatments. Based at Linear Health & Fitness in the grounds of Borde Hill Gardens or in the comfort of your own home as mobile options are available.
