💚 I'm on holiday for a couple of weeks, soaking up the sun in Kentucky with family.

As many of you already know, I haven't been able to massage for a good few weeks due to issues with the height of my treatment bed.
🧿 This time away from massage has highlighted how much strain is put on my wrists and hands ... they haven't once been swollen or felt painful and I hadn't really paid attention to how bad it was getting until I actually stopped.
🧿 Anyhow ... I have decided to look after myself and completely remove Back Massage from my menu, I have scaled all other massage down to now only offer a 1 hour full body option. (This is a light to medium massage using slow intentional movements to warm and stretch tired, stressed muscles, leaving you completely relaxed and stress free. Think of how you would imagine a spa type massage to be.)

🧿 I will still from time to time offer seasonal specials, so look out for those!
🧿 I will of course honour those Back Massages that are already booked in.
🧿 I will obviously also honour vouchers that have been purchased specifically as a 'Back Massage Treatment'.
