Cove Massage Therapy

🚴‍♂️ Clinic Update

Cove Massage Therapy will be closed from Monday for the next three weeks while I take some annual leave, compete in the Lakesman Triathlon, and join my annual trip to the Alps working alongside endurance athletes.

As well as being a chance to recharge, it’s an opportunity to spend time supporting and learning from athletes who place significant demands on their bodies. Experiences like these continue to shape my understanding of performance, recovery, injury management and what it takes to keep moving well.

The clinic will reopen on 13th July.

Appointments for July are already available to book, although availability during my first week back is very limited. More appointments are available from the following week onwards.

Thank you for your continued support and I’ll look forward to seeing you soon.

At Cove Massage Therapy, the focus is always on results—whether that’s recovery from injury, reducing pain, or regulating your nervous system.

I’ve now added on-site card and contactless payments to make your experience even more straightforward and professional.

✔️ Debit & credit cards
✔️ Contactless payments
✔️ Apple Pay / Google Pay

Everything is designed to keep your session focused, efficient, and stress-free—from start to finish.

Taken me a while to post this. A truly tough race for me. Such an amazing location..stunning.

The day started well with a good swim and a great first 30k on the bike. With a puncture that alluded my great engineering skills the last 10k on the front rim was exciting.

The run was truly epic, cramps and pain however the truly amazing support from the local volunteers and fellow athletes was beyond belief.

Thankyou I will be back for more xx
