I work from home in my converted caravan during the day & some evenings. I will be offering Manicure, pedicure, nail enhancements, waxing and Lash lifts/ tints. I do take a little longer as I’m new to the industry so when booking please be aware we may run over. I will do my best to get that perfect finish but like anything perfection comes with time and practice, so my prices reflect this. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On booking your appointment you will be required to pay a £15 booking fee on the same day to confirm your appointment. If the booking fee isn't paid the appointment will be available to anyone else that wishes to book it. If you are having multiple treatments, then you will be required to pay half of your treatment cost. This will be taken off the final cost. If the cost of your treatment is less than the booking fee the full cost will be required.
48 hours' notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment and your booking fee will be returned. If you wish to reschedule your appointment 48 hour's notice must be given and the booking fee will be carried over to your new appointment. A no show / late cancellation will result in you forfeiting your booking fee. If you have a cold/cough or any flu type symptoms please book your appointment when your feeling better as i cant work on someone that is constantly needing to wipe their nose. If you turn up with either you will be asked to rebook and pay for the appointment. I'm sorry to have to do this but due to my health I can't risk another bad chest infection and loss of income. This also impacts on my other clients that have appointments too that I then need to cancel. I hope you all understand. You will be asked if you are happy with the service and given the chance to adjust anything you're not happy with before you pay and leave. No refunds will be given after this point but if something should happen within 24 hours, I will look at the issue and book you in free of charge to correct. Patch test on Lash Lift & tints will be required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
